500 German companies, including Eon, Evonik, Lufthansa, Pfizer, and Evonik have joined forces to stand up for diversity and pluralism in a campaign called #Zusammenland (‘together land’). Under the slogan "Diversity Makes Us Strong", they published a full-page advertisement, making the case for freedom and urging readers to learn from Germany's past. The campaign was launched in response to plans by the far-right to forcibly resettle Germans with foreign roots.

On their website, the initiators from major German publishers state:

"Openness to the world, respect and community are values that make Germany not only a good place to live, but also an economically strong country. That is why we stand together for an open country that courageously faces difficulties".
